Privacy Notice
Information ex art. 13 of Legislative Decree Nr. 196 dated 30th June 2003 (“personal data protection code”) provides for the protection for individuals and other entities with regard to the processing of personal data.
According to the above-mentioned law, such processing will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of privacy and of rights of relevant individuals.
In accordance with article 13 of legislative decree Nr. 196/2003, thus, Rebecchi Group provides the following information:

A) Data management
The data provided by the user will be processed for the following purposes: providing the services requested, which includes assistance through communication by phone, emails, fax, ordinary mail; management of administrative aspects of the relationship, which includes sending technical or administrative information via phone, email, fax, ordinary mail; comply with any fiscal and accounting requirements, trace back to responsibles of any illegal activity only in case of specific requests and on behalf of the competent authorities or accomplish checks set by the Authority for the protection of personal data. In compliance with the obligations under the law, Rebecchi Group provides for the recording and storage of access logs and of internet service. They are stored electronically taking all safety measures envisaged by law and they are processed for the sole purpose of presenting them to the competent authorities and only at their own request.
Customer data can be communicated to our employees or collaborators appointed for the treatment and to external third-parties who operate in aid or on behalf of Rebecchi Group only for legal obligations, for the execution of the services requested by the User (including also the customer service) and for the normal course of business. Data are stored exclusively for the purposes stated above, in electronic and paper form.
Providing the aforementioned data is mandatory by law or for the performance of required services and any refusal to provide such data implies the impossibility of proceeding to the services offered.

B) Furthermore, with the prior consent of the data subject, customer data may be processed also to send the User (via email, phone, fax or ordinary mail) proposals for commercial offers relating to our services. The data processing will be performed in both paper and electronic form by taking all safety measures envisaged by law and the data used for this purpose will not be communicated to third parties in any way.

C) The user: the data controller pursuant to privacy code and the responsible for the uploaded content attributed to him under the identification code and the password. Registration content with account and password is stored on our servers for the time necessary to provide the service technically.
The data controller: Rebecchi Group. The interested party may exercise his rights at any time against the holder of the treatment, pursuant to Art. 7 of Legislative Decree Nr. 196/2003.
The customer: the owner of the data contained in the website of the customer hosted in our server and in the emails that the customer receive or send through our servers.

D) Manifestation of consent
In relation to Article 13 of Legislative Decree Nr. 196/2003, the undersigned attests his own free consent to the holder in order to proceed to the processing of personal data as resulting from the present information sheet in point D, including the communication and disclosure, tying him to respect for any other legal requirements. Failure to consent does not allow the execution of services.
